Our Service center is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. 
Through the activities of our own service center Sakhalin Machinery delivers, both new and used equipment after their presales training. Service department of our company, consisting of more than 20 highly qualified technical representatives, providing a full range of maintenance for the equipment of customers:
 
• putting an equipment in operation;
• instructing experts of the owner of equipment on rules of operation and repair;
• implementation of the warranty service;
• routine repairs of assemblies and units on the place of work of equipment;
• overhaul of equipment in the service center of Sakhalin Machinery.

Training of operators and mechanics.   
 
To meet our customers' needs, we created the training center in Sakhalin Machinery.  Our highly skilled technicians, trained in the Caterpillar service centers abroad, conduct detailed instructions for technicians of our client in the time of putting of the equipment in operation.  Our highly skilled technicians, trained in Caterpillar's service centers abroad, conduct detailed instructions for technicians of our client in the time of putting of the equipment in operation. It is possible to conduct specialized technical seminars, as appropriate, on the technical base of the client, on the base of our company, as well as in Caterpillar's service centers abroad.

Guarantee maintenance
 
The standard warranty period for all new Caterpillar equipment is 12 months without limitation of engine operating time. The warranty includes a free of charge onsite support of service engineers of our company, repair (work) and replacement of spare parts (if necessary).  Free of charge instructing is conducted for your operators and mechanics in the time of putting of the equipment in operation. Free of charge instruction is conducted for your operators and mechanics in the time of putting of equipment in operation. Literature - Operating and maintenance manual in Russian is handed over to the client.
