Parts Department

Our sparts department warehouse of is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk where more than 6000 part items are stored. Parts, attachments and consumables for all the models of Caterpillar products operating in our region are available in stock. A major principle of Caterpillar and Sakhalin Machinery Companies is that a customer does not spend his own circulating funds to keep a big storage of parts on locations.

Service Center

Our Service center is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Through the activities of our own service center Sakhalin Machinery delivers, both new and used equipment after their presales training. Service department of our company, consisting of more than 20 highly qualified technical representatives, providing a full range of maintenance for the equipment of customers:

• putting equipment into operation
• instructing customer experts on rules of operation and repair
• implementation of the warranty service
• routine repairs of assemblies and units at equipment location
• overhaul of equipment in the service center of Sakhalin Machinery

Maintenance Guarantee

The standard warranty period for all new Caterpillar equipment is 12 months without limitation of engine operating time. The warranty includes a free of charge onsite support of service engineers of our company, repair (work) and replacement of parts (if necessary). Free of charge instructing is conducted for your operators and mechanics in the time of putting of the equipment in operation. Literature, operating and maintenance manuals in Russian are handed over to the customer.
